Third Circuit to Hear Arguments in Pending Appeal

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit will hear arguments in the pending appeal on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 beginning at 10:00 am EST in the Court's Maris Courtroom in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
