Judge Issues Opinion in BSA Bankruptcy

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware issued an opinion in the bankruptcy of the Boy Scouts of America today. Click here to review the opinion. We have not had a chance to review the 281 page opinion. You may want to share this information with your council attorneys. We will review with our legal committee as soon as possible.
