Join the Association of Scout Councils for a Town Hall meeting featuring a discussion about Local Council Revenue from Carbon Credits.  (Evening Option)

Mark Switzer of Connecticut Rivers Council worked with the Nature Conservancy on a carbon offset credit project that resulted in a $2 million revenue stream for the Twin Rivers Council involving 2,000 acres across two non-contiguous properties.  You will want to learn more about this opportunity!

The discussion will feature invited panelists:

  • Mark Switzer, Scout Executive, Connecticut Rivers Council
  • Brittany Wienke, Forests Project Manager, Nature Conservancy
Association members and guests are invited to participate in the discussion of this important topic of interest to all Scout councils.

Register early as "space" may be limited.  Registration is a two step process.  Once you initially register, you will receive a second link to register for the Zoom meeting.

This Town Hall will be offered in two, separate sessions.  This is the Evening Option.
